With clients that include Google, Microsoft, L’Oreal and LinkedIn, it’s fair to say that a considerable portion of the world’s largest digital enterprises rely on monitoring data provided to them by Catchpoint.
Catchpoint first turned to Netwise back in 2012 for assistance with its node deployments in the UK, and we have subsequently assisted them with a growing number of successful installations right across Europe.
How do you build a platform on this scale, with an unmatched level of insight? You need high-availability monitoring nodes deployed all around the world, connected to a wide and varied selection of carriers from all corners of the connectivity sector.
Since 2012, we have been directly assisting Catchpoint with its node deployments here in the UK, and across continental Europe. We provide a full roster of remote services, including hardware procurement, deployment, and the management of complex and highly custom carrier connections.
Each high-availability node cluster is connected to a particular carrier, from backbone operators such as Cogent and Telia, right through to home-grade last mile operators including BT, EE and Plusnet.
This highly successful and standardised deployment model allowed us to quickly and effectively deploy nodes in Manchester, Paris, Stockholm and Milan, connecting to specialist local access carriers.
Being based in the USA, it's imperative that the Catchpoint team is able to completely rely on us for the effective deployment of nodes here in London, and further afield. Trust and peace of mind are core components of our relationship.
We function as Catchpoint's 'go to' vendor in the UK and much of Northern Europe, providing a truly turnkey service as they continue to grow their estate of highly connected monitoring nodes year-on-year.
By leveraging our bespoke London Central data centre, our considerable carrier partnership network, and the unrivalled knowhow of our in-house team of experts, Catchpoint have been able to deploy services otherwise out of scope for many facility and network operators.
The future looks very bright for Catchpoint, as the organisation continues to grow at an unfaltering pace, investing heavily in its ever-growing global estate of monitoring nodes.
We will continue to support Catchpoint as it builds out further European POPs and expands the capabilities on offer at existing locations. This includes the widespread rollout of advanced BGP monitoring services.
